

In the period from February 2003 - December 2004 Mostostal Chojnice S.A. manufactured and assembled 3200 tonnes of steel structures for the modernisation and expansion of Olefiny II Division of the Oil Refinery in P這ck. In accordance with our contract we manufactured and assembled new structures of tubular overpasses, working platforms for chemical apparatus, working platforms and ladders for petrochemical columns (including a 30 m high column) as well as the structure and enclosure of facilities located above compressors. Mostostal Chojnice modernised and reinforced the 10 existing and working tubular overpasses.
As part of the Olefiny III investment project known as 'Monica' we manufactured and assembled 2900 tons of structures including their enclosures:
- Extrusion and Homogenisation with a weight of 1130 t
- Pipe rack - 610 t
- Reactor - Slurry 360 t
- Hexane 310 t
- Dryer 130 t
- Catalyst 30 t
- Cooling water 40 t
- Teal 45 t
- Powder silos 15 t
- Valve house 35 t
- Accompanying structures such as platforms, staircase towers and small facilities with a weight of 145 t
- Brackets for stainless steel pipelines with a weight of 50 t
At the time this project was the largest undertaking in Poland.
