In March 2003 Mostostal Chojnice S.A. was incorporated into the KEM Group from D±browa Górnicza after it purchased 75% of our shares from Mostostal Zabrze Holding. The KEM Group now owns a 94% share in Mostostal Chojnice S.A.
The KEM Group's main line of business is wholesale of metallurgical products and steel processing.
